The Iron Indians traveled to North Forney High School this past weekend to compete in the North Forney Invitational Powerlifting Meet. Despite missing State favorite Caleb High, the Iron Indians took 1st in their division on Saturday (2nd time this year) out of 18 schools and scored 33 points in the effort.
Saturday the Iron Indians rolled into Lindale to start the new year and a new team lead by seniors Caleb High and Junior Chavez and came away with the win. Despite the new and young faces The team didn’t miss a beat and continued its strong presence in the East Region of Texas. Wt. Class
Three NDNS competed in the Texas State Powerlifting Meet this past Saturday in Abilene, Texas. Competing in the Division 1 220lb class were Caleb High and Nick Stewart. Caleb finished in 11th place with a total of 1545lbs while Nick finished in 15th with 1510lbs. The winner of the 220lb Class (Sanchez/Hutto) lifted 1660lbs. There

The Waxahachie Indians competed in the Regional Powerlifting Tournament this past weekend and finished in 2nd Place behind Huntsville. Results include: Huntsville (47pts), Waxahachie (26pts), Greenville (19pts), Sulphur Springs (15pts) and Hallsville (14pts).
